Okay, I’ve never had quark. I don’t even know what it is. But I’m quite fond of quinoa (and it comes in all different colors). I have some red quinoa in my cupboard, although I haven’t tried it, and I still think I’ll prefer the white/tan version. Why do we eat all this weird stuff?

Quark is new to me but we’ve been using quinoa more and more. Not a fan of it solo, but like it when it’s mixed with other things. Weekends In Maine
